Manufacturer Warranty
Devices that are covered by Manufacturer warranty will be repaired according to manufacturer guidelines. Please check with the manufacturer of your device for warranty details.
Out-Of-Warranty Repair
A quotation will be issued for repairs that are not covered under Manufacturer warranty. An analysis fee will apply to all declined quotations.
Analysis Fee
An analysis fee will apply to all declined quotations.
All devices go through a rigorous triage process prior to issuing a quotation. Parts may also be used in order to make your device whole prior to return. These costs, along with the return shipping charges, are incorporated into the analysis fee.
We will repair and/or return your device once payments have been processed. Payments received after 3:00PM EST will be processed the next business day.
Analysis Fee
An analysis fee will apply to all declined quotations.
Phone M.D. Warranty
Phone M.D. warrants for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of service.
(1) that service will be performed in a competent and workmanlike manner and
(2) that all parts used to service your product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, unless otherwise specified by Phone M.D.
Payment
All payments will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Refund
All sales are final. Refunds will not be provided for any service once we have started to repair your device upon receiving payment. Phone M.D. reserves the right to offer refunds in select circumstances. Please note that each circumstance is unique and election to make such an offer in one instance does not create the obligation to do so in another. In all cases, the Analysis/Handling fee is non-refundable.
